2021 Chevrolet Suburban

What's New For the 2021 Chevrolet Suburban?

The Chevy Suburban, one of the longest-lived and most popular SUVs on the market, gets a brand new look for the 2021 model year. This year brings some notable changes to the Chevy Suburban inside and out. The Chevy features a more truck-like look in 2021, as it now shares the same platform as the Silverado 1500 pickup truck.

The Chevy Suburban, which has always been one of the largest SUVs available, is even bigger and more spacious this year. With its new platform, the Chevy now gets the best-in-class legroom and headroom in the second and third row. Along with a more spacious interior, there is additional cargo storage capacity in the Suburban as well. The Chevy Suburban's bold new look includes C-shaped lights and a large front grille. Some trims have other sporty elements as well.

The Suburban Has Many Features Across Several Trims

Each of the six Chevy Suburban trims offers something different and unique. The LS has a large infotainment system with a 10-inch screen, about the largest standard display in the Chevy's class. There are some standard driver-assist safety amenities on the LS, and it also gets seating for eight. Technology includes smartphone pairing, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. The commanding exterior is designed with LED lights and 18-inch wheels. The LT gets a programmable liftgate for added convenience.

A sliding center console is also included. Heated seats are an added luxury, and the LT also gets wireless charging and Bose stereo. The RST is a sportier trim with black trim and larger wheels. The interior and exterior get trim-specific detailing, including contrast stitching on the seats. The Z71 is built for off-roading and towing with skid plates, tow hooks, and increased ground clearance. More safety technology is added on the Premier, and the High Country gets a special grille and head-up display.
