High-Tech, Family-Oriented Features

A large SUV option that has been the leading choice for Orlando-area families for generations, the Chevy Suburban provides a host of fantastic interior and exterior features that continue to make it a bestseller.

This model year, the 2017 Chevy Suburban, available now in Sanford, comes in three well-equipped trim levels: LS, LT and Premier. Standard features on the Suburban LS includes everything from 18-inch alloy wheels, remote keyless entry, tri-zone automatic climate control and Bluetooth connectivity to smartphone integration, active grille shutters, cargo rails and rear parking sensors.

Upper trims include even more luxury and high-tech features like a power-operated liftgate, leather upholstery and a 9-speaker Bose sound system (LT), and 20-inch wheels, xenon headlights, a 10-speaker sound system and ventilated front seats (Premier).

Big Power for a Big SUV

Under the hood of the 2017 Chevy Suburban in the Orlando area is a 5.3-liter V8 engine that outputs an astonishing 355 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft. of torque. Mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, the SUV's power is funneled through the rear wheels, while a locking rear differential comes standard as well. Together, this powertrain can pull 6,300 pounds, while a Max Trailering package adds 2,000 pounds to its towing capacity.

Family-Focused Safety

The 2017 Suburban once again comes with a long list of standard safety features, including antilock brakes, full-length side curtain airbags, traction and stability control, and front-seat side airbags. As we said before, a new teen driver system is now standard on the SUV, as is a backseat check reminder, which reminds parents to check the backseat before exiting the vehicle.
