Nicholas greeted me very friendly and explained all the details of my service. I asked him some questions about my car and he took time to explain it to me, which I appreciate it. He apologized for the time of my service since they were short staffed. I will request Nicholas for my next service.

Robert was really professional and so far this is the best service experience that I’ve had with Chevrolet/GMC.

Glynn was great in checking in the vehicle... When i showed him the tire pressure monitor on the dash screen, 3 of them were working properly... The left rear was the one that stated it needed service... Glynn mentioned that he would have the technician look at it... When Glynn mentioned that it would cost $225 to repair, I declined because of the affordability issue so close to the holiday & will get it done in January... After paying for my maintenance service, I started driving home & scrolled from the 100% oil life to the tire pressure... ALL TIRE PRESSURE MONITORS were now blank with no explanation... How could this randomly go down at the same time? VERY DISAPPOINTING & DISHEARTENING... I wish that i could submit a picture of the screen...
