The debut retail production version of the new 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 recently sold for $3.7 million at the esteemed Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction. This figure matches the record for the highest bid ever for a Barrett-Jackson charity vehicle. In 2022, the 2023 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 70th Anniversary Edition reached the same total. All proceeds from the winning bid will be directed to the Red Cross for relief efforts aimed at assisting communities nationwide impacted by recent natural disasters, including floods and wildfires.

Chevrolet Motor Division awards $165,000 in scholarships. It supports the education of students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). They are majoring in marketing or journalism. The students will serve as interns for Chevrolet Motor Division.

The new Corvette Z06 was auctioned off at the Barrett-Jackson auction to benefit the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. This elite car raised an incredible $1 million for the charity, proving once again that Corvettes are some of the most coveted vehicles in the world.
